2027 Volunteer Application

Choose the events and shifts that work for you, share any preferences or notes and we’ll follow up with your confirmed schedule. Thanks for helping us bring a little more winter magic to Downtown!

Pronouns
You may be unfamiliar with the word “pronoun,” but you use them all the time! Pronouns are used in place of a proper noun (like someone’s name). We use pronouns most often when referring to someone without using their name.

Shift Availability

Please select all dates and shifts you’re interested in volunteering for. Your selections will help us determine your availability and schedule. Interested in being a lead volunteer? Please select two or more consecutive shifts per event. We’ll confirm your final schedule by email.
Silent Disco - January 16, 2027
Silent Disco is one of World of Winter’s most-loved events, featuring live DJs, dancing, headphones and our annual Conga Line.

Help us turn Rosa Parks Circle into one giant community canvas. This family-friendly street party invites everyone to paint the ice rink with special ice paint.

Help us keep the festival clean and reduce waste by sorting compostables, recyclables, trash and returnable cans.
