The festival happens all over Downtown Grand Rapids. Please see specific events and installations to plan your visit.
WoW HOTSPOTS:
There are several convenient options for parking when visiting the World of Winter!
For the best parking options and to find the nearest stops, check out the City of Grand Rapids Parking Map and the Transit app.
If you prefer not to drive into downtown, consider using The Rapid bus system, which offers easy access to and from downtown. You can download the Transit app to plan your trip.
The DASH Shuttle: This free shuttle circulates around downtown, making stops every 15 minutes. It’s a convenient way to get to your destination without worrying about parking.
Street Parking is free after 7 PM, so if you’re visiting in the evening, you can easily find a spot.
Refer to each individual event for accessibility information. Attendees should be aware that crowd sizes fluctuate at the festival and this may impede visibility of certain installations for individuals with mobility issues.
We continue to work to make the entire festival experience as accessible as possible for all visitors. Most locations provide sidewalk accessibility but some installations are in park spaces without pavement pathways. Please use caution during your visit.
