By participating in World of Winter events or visiting the art installations, you acknowledge and agree that you may be photographed or filmed by event staff, photographers, videographers or other attendees. All events and installations are held in public spaces.
Photos and videos taken during these events may be used by Downtown Grand Rapids Inc. (DGRI) for promotional, marketing and social media purposes, including but not limited to websites, brochures, advertisements and social media platforms.
If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please inform event staff, photographers or videographers on-site. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Your participation in the event or viewing of the installations implies consent to be photographed and recorded. If you have any concerns or wish to request that your image not be used, please contact us at info@downtowngr.org.
