Twenty-one artists from across the world created twenty-one murals, each celebrating a different threatened or endangered species native to Michigan. Every artist brought their own unique style, giving these rare creatures a powerful voice through art.

Painted during the inaugural Pleasant Peninsula Mural Festival in Grand Rapids, the collection can be found along the US-131 underpass near the Blue Bridge and the GVSU Eberhard Center.
