Artist Statement:

This interactive panoramic piece is entitled: “Frosty Fotos.” It’s a play on words as it is winter themed (frosty) and it would be created to take pictures with (photos). Fun fact: that is how you say “photos” in Spanish!

This interactive stand-in wood cutout will allow viewers to take fun charming pictures with their loved ones.

In the digital age of social media, a picture is worth a thousand words has a whole new meaning. Taking photos is how we connect memories and people. The World of Winter festival is a beautiful event that has thousands of participators annually. That is thousands of people who have their phones ready to capture amazing memories. Why not provide a perfect environment conducive to taking fun photos?

This piece will be framed in flashing lights. Illumination will also be incorporated in the imagery.

This project that we would like to facilitate does just that. We have three engaging winter-themed illustrations that will bring warmth to the fun chilly days ahead!
