Artist Statement:

The idea is to capture the essence of waves by creating an abstract representation of them. The subtle movement of the lines, inspired by the flow of water, is key to conveying the dynamics and harmony that define this natural phenomenon.

The goal is to translate the constantly changing beauty of the waves into a work of art that invites reflection and contemplation.

The overlap of the pieces is crucial, as it creates depth and allows the viewer to perceive how the sum of these elements forms the undulating movement of the sea.

The concept is that the viewer does not immediately recognize it as waves but gradually discovers the dynamics of the ocean. The slow intertwining of curved and fluid shapes generates patterns that evoke the sensation of moving waves.
