Artist Statement:

This window painting is made to represent the magical process of making a Morning Ritual beverage. The illustration shows the flow of magic from start to finish of the beverage – from coffee beans or tea, then adding sugars and flavors, next the magic touch of the staff, finally delivered to the customer in their cup! The skeleton hands and colors follow the branding of the store, and the personal tastes of the artist, making this mural an extra special community collaboration. Traditional tattoos and bold colors are featured heavily in both Morning Ritual and Kenzi Goss’s personal work and together the magic of this mural was created to brighten up the neighborhood and bring attention to the shop that supports important aspects of the community.
